One further thing to note, this will not export / import your power data from iFit into Garmin Connect or Strava.

Note, it is possible to import the original iFit tcx file straight into Garmin Connect but your distance will be wrong and you will be missing some of the other data. Whilst it’s a bit of a faff, it does mean that all the data imports into Garmin Connect and Strava correctly and it takes me about 1 minute to go through this process per activity.
